The Salon de Virtuosi is pleased to present a special virtual concert featuring performances and interviews with talented young French classical musicians, in collaboration with the Consulate General of France in New York. You will hear a thrilling program by the violin duo Hina and Fiona Khuong-Huu (ages 15 and 13), which was specially recorded for the Salon de Virtuosi. These talented sisters, who have already won numerous accolades, were invited recently to perform at Buckingham Palace, where they played Vivaldi’s Concerto for Four Violins with Maestros Maxim Vengerov and Marios Papadopoulos. Read more about Hina and Fiona HERE.

In addition, we are delighted to present a performance previously recorded live from the Louvre Museum featuring one of the foremost French pianists of his generation: Rémi Geniet. He is a laureate of the Queen Elizabeth Competition in Brussels and the youngest prize winner of the Beethoven Bonn Competition.

Read more about Rémi HERE.

In lieu of our usual post-concert get together with the artists, we are including recent interviews with them from their homes in New York and Paris where they share insights about their lives, musical inspiration, hobbies and how they are adapting to life during this period.

Our deepest thanks to Anne Claire Legendre, Consul General of France in New York for her kind patronage and her opening remarks as well as to Consul Eric Bayer and the Consulate General of France for their support.

We look forward to collaborating with them again in the near future.
