The Salon de Virtuosi was delighted to present its special virtual Holiday Concert on December 17, 2020 in celebration of Beethoven's 250th Birthday, featuring performances and interviews with two exceptional young artists - Hilda Huang, piano who is hailed by the press for her "alluring extroversions" and "philosophical depths," and Randall Goosbyviolin, a fast-rising star who is the recipient of the Sphinx Organization’s Isaac Stern Award and  a First Prize Winner of the 2018 Young Concert Artists International Auditions, among many other honors.

The artists performed from New York's historic Kosciuszko Foundation in a program recorded especially for the Salon de Virtuosi audience, members, and benefactors.

The program featured two of Beethoven's Piano Fantasy Op. 77 and Piano Sonatas Op. 101, interpreted by the exciting young pianist Hilda Huang, who just began her studies at the Doctoral Program at the Juilliard School. Learn more about Hilda HERE.

The program also featured the famous Kreutzer Sonata for Violin and Piano performed by Randall Goosby and acclaimed pianist Zhu Wang.  Read more about Randall Goosby's achievements HERE and Zhu Wang HERE.

We are immensely grateful to these artists for sharing with us their music and inspiration, especially during these still-challenging times, and to all of our sponsors and benefactors for making it possible.

As a special bonus for our members, we are including recent interviews with the artists where they share insights about their lives, musical inspiration, hobbies, and how they are adapting to life during this period.
